If you love the taste of cheesecake, but don’t want to fuss with the oven, give this quick recipe a try!
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup birthday cake mix
- rainbow sprinkles
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
In a big bowl, pour the heavy cream and mix with with an electric mixer until it’s smooth. Add the cream cheese, sugar, and cake mix, and mix together with a rubber spatula. Cover the surface in sprinkles.
Scoop the mix into the pie crust until it’s full, then smooth it out. Add another layer of sprinkles.
Throw that thing in the fridge until it firms up, about 6 hours. Boom, done.
