Pile on the spinach for some quick and tasty nutrition!
Super Spinach Smoothie
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup spinach or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
Throw everything except the spirulina powder in a blender. Blend that stuff for five seconds, until it’s properly combined.
Add the spirulina powder in and continue blending for another minute until the mixture is smooth.
