Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Turn the oven up to 350 degrees. While it’s heating up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a knife, carefully cut the leaves from the thick stems, then tear them up into small pieces. Using a salad spinner, thoroughly wash and dry the the kale. When it’s dry, olive oil over it and lightly season with salt.

Bake the kale in your preheated oven just until the edges turn brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure to take them out before they burn.
