Baked French Fries

Ingredients

  •  1 large baking potato
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  1/2 teaspoon paprika
  •  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 450 F.

  2. Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together. Cut the potato into thick wedges, then coat them with the mixture. Place the wedges on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake the wedges for about 45 minutes until they’re crispy and golden brown. Make sure to turn them over once or twice while they bake.
