Ingredients
  

  • 1 1.4 ounce package sugar-free instant pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 8 ounce container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method
 

  1. Combine the pudding mix with the milk in a bowl. Mix it well and let it stand until it's thickened.
  2. In a separate, larger bowl, beat the cream cheese until it turns smooth. Add in the pudding from the first bowl and mix well. Finish it off by folding in the whipped topping.
